At TIEWN, our mission is to create empowering programs and meaningful events for women to inspire and support one another. Education and mentorship lie at the heart of what we do, fostering opportunities for growth through dedicated working committees.
Our Mentorship Committee connects mentors with mentees, offering new members the chance to learn from seasoned professionals in their specific areas of travel. Meanwhile, industry veterans generously share their knowledge and insights, creating a mutually rewarding experience for all involved.
The Education Committee focuses on sponsoring valuable learning opportunities, such as webinars and seminars that cover critical industry topics. Additionally, a key initiative of the TIEWN board is to maintain a robust job board, helping members access career opportunities in the travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors. In the wake of Covid-19, we’ve seen just how vital it is to have a strong, reliable network to navigate career challenges and seize new opportunities.
By fostering mentorship, education, networking, and thoughtful discussions on issues that matter most to women in our industry, TIEWN is committed to “passing the torch” and supporting the next generation of leaders in travel, tourism, and hospitality.
