Marcie is the co-founder of Curated Critique, the modern measurement of hospitality. Curated Critique was created due to the shift in the way people travel, with a desire newfound experiences, unique culture, and genuine people. We measure and validate stakeholder investments of branding, specifically how their brand promise is translated and executed on property.
Marcie’s proven track record and results driven commitment has paved the way for exceeding stakeholder goals. Her international and domestic experience includes multiple property pre and post openings, acquisitions, and spa / wellness concept development. Her professional path includes companies such as Four Seasons and Rosewood Hotels and Resorts, where she paved the way as Rosewood’s first female Managing Director.
Marcie established Verum Hospitality in 2015, a consultancy providing operational support and guidance to numerous operating properties as well as notable openings such as Baha Mar, Nassau Bahamas. In addition to mentoring within the hospitality realm, Marcie is a certified professional coach through the International Coaching Federation.
