Frances Kiradjian

Founder & CEO of TIEWN, BLLA, StayBoutique & Boutique Money Group

An iconic pioneer in the travel and hospitality industries, Frances has over three decades disrupting the status quo. She created TIEWN in 2008 to continue the work she started in the ‘90s to bring global women in our industry together. Frances is also the Founder & CEO of BLLA, the Co-Founder of StayBoutique, and the CEO of Boutique Money Group. Frances Kiradjian has been an influential leader in innovating the travel and hospitality industries for more than 30 years. Frances was an integral part of the groundbreaking systemic change of the way people traveled which led to the contemporary boutique movement. She started her career managing the travel budgets of some of the country's largest companies for CWT (Carlson Wagonlit Travel) such as Disney and Toyota. She founded the travel agency consortia CCRA and later sold it in 2005. She launched BLLA (Boutique Lifestyle Leaders Association) in 2009 to support the growth of the boutique community into a living, thriving, and growing sector of the hospitality industry. BLLA is the only association focused solely on the boutique world. She also founded the Boutique Money Group which connects developers and investors and wholeheartedly finds solutions for hotel owners, developers, investors, and operators. Frances has been featured on many stages in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, videocasts, and in interviews including Forbes, Skift, Inc. Magazine, Hotel Business, LODGING Magazine, Corporate Travel Magazine (front cover), Today's Hotelier (front cover), Fodor's, and Travel Weekly. She’s been awarded one of The Most Powerful Women in Travel as well as featured on the cover of Corporate Travel Magazine, Hotel Business, and most recently, Today’s Hotelier.
