How long have you been in your current role? (when and how did you launch your new agency?)

I launched my new luxury agency Wells Luxury Travel just in January 2021. The concept is a collective for passionate, worldly, travel advisors who are committed to excellent client care. I am the Founder and President as well as being an active selling luxury travel advisor. We are proud members of the Virtuoso network.

Who was your first female mentor?
I actually haven't ever had an official mentor, but I would say two life-changing females in my career that helped me to my path to success by being "enablers" would be my boss, Paula Hatropp, when I was working at Warner Bros. in London and then my boss at my previous agency, Liz Fleming. Both female leaders had the belief in me and gave me the platform to run with it. I will be forever grateful for the opportunities.

What advice do you have for the next generation of women in travel?
Don't be afraid to ask questions and ask those who inspire you to share their story.  Collaboration is key and I strongly believe women should celebrate each other.
